SAMBA project presented at BIMSummit 2021

The SAMBA Project was presented during the 5th edition of BIMSummit 2021, a national reference event for those working in the construction sector.

The event, organised by Harpaceas in online mode on 5 October, tackled the issues of digitalisation, sustainability and safety, with a series of in-depth discussions on smart building, the application of blockchain to the construction sector, mixed reality, the contribution of BIM - Building Information Modeling - to the risk classification of existing bridges, and much more.

In this context, Fabio Terragni, President of Alchema, and Roberto Redaelli, BIM Consultant at Harpaceas, talked about how it is possible to transform an old building into a smart building thanks to Artificial Intelligence and 5G, using the SAMBA project in the CoFabb coworking space in Sesto San Giovanni as an example.
